STORE RETURN POLICY:

A valid receipt is required for all refunds or exchanges.  All clothing must have the ORIGINAL tag still attached.  Items can only be returned within 30 days of the purchase.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

A valid receipt or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

All clothing must have the original tags still attached and be returned within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged or refunded to the original form of tender.

WAYS TO RETURN FOR REFUND:

Come into the store:   Bring your receipt and items with you when you visit the campus store.

Return by mail:  

  1. Package your items securely.  
  2. Include a copy of your confirmation email.  If you do not have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number and the order number if you have it.  Refunds may be a bit delayed if the return cannot be identified quickly.
  3. Return shipping is at your expense.  The campus store is not liable for lost or damaged packages.  Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).
  4. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information and shipping receipt until the return is final.
